We are committed to thoroughly educating our customers about our processes, and application methods. This includes on-site assessment (on the day of execution) with testing of formaldehyde levels, and post-process procedures.
We will provide all relevant information and documents to ensure that customers understand the work being done, along with key actions to take to continously tackle formaldehyde.
Our call/message will also enable us to provide quotes to our customers and identify the areas where homeowners would like to utilize Home Guards' services.
Site Assessment
During the site assessment, we will walk customers through the application process, ensuring they understand each step and addressing any concerns they may have.
We will also verify that all areas are safe for the application. Additionally, we will provide guidance on post-care for the coating, ensuring customers are informed on how to properly maintain it for optimal longevity and effectiveness.
Before execution, testing will be done to verify levels of formaldehyde levels to ensure optimal execution.
Coating and Protection
Upon receiving all confirmations, we will commence the application process. It is advisable for homeowners not to be present during the application, as the fine vapor may potentially cause irritation if inhaled into the lungs.
However, rest assured that our team is well-equipped with the appropriate masks for protection. It's important to note that the product used is non-toxic.
After the application, we will ensure that all areas are opened up for optimal ventilation and airing to aid in the breaking down of formaldehyde. This will be ideal for the long run and ensure a safer enviroment.
